Take Order

While taking an order, possibly the maximum amount of information is necessary regarding the customer's specific product needs, including chemical and mechanical drawings of components.

Extrusion Rods

This brass billet is extruded by an extrusion press to get the required rods as per dimensions for components.

Required Product is Crafted

Rods made from extrusions are crafted in machines to get required products.

Brass Rods Inspection & Checking

Manufactured brass material passes through the various stages of quality inspection. Defective products are filtered at this stage.

05 steps

Turning & Machining

After received final rods go for turning and machining process. It involves CNC, VMC, grinding, sanding, turning, or machining the metal component in order to achieve the desired dimensional accuracy, physical shape, and surface finish required by the customer.

06 step

Quality Inspection

Finally, the finished products are tested for hardness, strength, dimensions, and other factors to ensure that they meet the required specifications.

07 step

Packing & Dispatch

The brass components are packed in such a way that no component can be damaged in transit. All orders are completed and dispatched to the customer to be delivered in the time frame required.

Incoming Inspection

Brass raw materials and bought-out items to be used in our brass components are inspected visually and dimensionally at the incoming stage.

In process Inspection

We ensure that the right quality material is produced during the manufacturing process by conducting regular periodic inspections. For inspection, we are using calibrated instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, ring gauges, thread plug gauges, and thread ring gauges.

Testing & Final Inspection

The final inspection stage covers visual inspection, dimensional inspection, plating, and packaging requirements to ensure almost 100% customer satisfaction.
